Inferno Hot Pilates is full body, low impact, high intensity workout. Our class combines Pilates principles with those of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) creating safe full body workout. The class is conducted in a heated room which allows muscles to strengthen and fat to be burnt - without the damage of a normal workout. The heat also creates a training environment with results similar to high altitude training.

In Hot Pilates you utilise a yoga mat, this protects joints and muscles from stress that are inflicted from other exercises such as running and jumping. The mat also adds protection from over-extension that can occur in normal gym routines.

Our Hot Pilates classes are designed for all fitness levels allowing you to gain results fast without causing long term muscle and joint damage.

In short, Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat without the stress, stain or impact of a traditional workout. All you need for a class is a yoga mat, a towel, water and an open mind. Be prepared to have fun, laugh, work hard and see some great results!

Classes last an hour, however we recommend arriving 10 mins early to allow your body time to adjust to the heated environment.
