WHAT IS INFERNO HOT PILATES?

Inferno Hot Pilates is full body, low impact, high intensity workout. It combines Pilates principles with those of High Intensity Interval Training. It is conducted in a heated room allowing muscles to strengthen and fat to be burnt – without the damage of a normal workout.

By utilising a yoga mat, joints and muscles are protected from stresses inflicted from other exercises such as running and jumping. The yoga mat also adds protection from overstretching that can occur in normal gym routines. It is designed for all fitness levels allowing you to gain results fast without causing long term muscle and joint damage.

Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat without the stress and stain of a high impact workout. All you need for a class is a yoga mat, a towel, water and an open mind. Be prepared to workout and see results!

Classes last an hour, however we recommend arriving 10 mins early to allow your body time to adjust to the environment.
