We can't wait to see you again at class and as an independent family business we appreciate your support. Now more than every is the time to look after your health.

Looking after others and yourself:

We all have a responsibility in preventing any possible chance of transmission. That’s why we are asking you to follow all government advice and physical distancing measures to ensure we are all able to return to normal as soon as possible. Help protect yourself and others where you can!

While at the studio please ensure that you comply with current health directions, these include:

  • DO NOT attend class if you are feeling unwell, have been to a covid-19 hot spot, are awaiting test results or are required to quarantine
  • Check in when you arrive at the studio
  • Wear a mask while moving around the studio (at this stage masks may be removed once you are on your mat)
  • Follow COVID safe advice while at the studio, such as washing or sanitizing your hands

Be part of the fight against covid-19 and help protect everybody including businesses like ours. For the latest advice see government links below.

What we are doing:

We're keeping things extra clean, sanitized and safe for you so when you're in class you can practice feeling safe and confident. We also have specific plans in place and policies to support affected students - please contact us for more information.

We highly appreciate your understanding during this period.

Supporting each other:

Each class you attend helps to improve your health and immune system, reduce stress and reduces your chances of getting sick this year. So keep up your practice!

We hope you will continue to support us and be with us as we find new ways to look out for you and your health.

If we can help you in anyway over this time or you have any ideas please let us know. We are a community and we’re here to look out for each other through the good times and the difficult.
