The Yin Yoga posture Dragon, is an elegant and powerful posture full of grace that emanates the noble dragon within.

- A deep hip and groin opener

- Stretches the back legs of hip flexors and quadriceps

- There are many variations that help work deeply into the hip socket

  • Begin on the hands and knees.
  • Step one foot between the hands and walk the front foot forward until the knee is right above the heel.
  • Make sure to slide the back knee backwards as far as you can.
  • Keep the hands on either side of the front foot.
